Hannah update

  I realized I haven't posted any recent pics of Hannah. Well, here she is! She is our very happy, chatty little granddaughter!

  She is growing by leaps and bounds and just a few days ago, rolled over for the first time.

  Her mommy keeps her busy by taking her on frequent walks or jogs in her stroller.

 
We love having her close by and are working very hard to spoil her! So far, it's not happening!

Kitchen Update

  Although it seems slow, progress is being made! I now have a functioning fridge, wall oven and cooktop. That means I can cook again!
  However, work still continues around me and I can see it will take a while at this rate! So many things are not quite done!
  Then, we had a major setback involving the pulls for the doors which will mean replacing every single door!
 
I've been slowly filling up the cupboards and I'm down to my last 3 boxes! I don't know how many I've emptied - at least 8, and that doesn't include all the stuff & just laid out in the spare bedroom without boxes! I still have a few empty drawers so that's good! Jody & Andrea took some of my old Lagostina pots and pans so this is good for them, too! I've had the kids over for dinner a few times but I'm not quite ready to entertain other company just yet!

Easter moments...

It was so nice to be able to enjoy the sunroom for our Easter dinner. It's warm enough for Sadie to be quite comfy in her sundress.

Polished that off.. What's next?

This camera case looks yummy enough to eat!

Jonas is much more refined at eating his goodies. Savor a bite or two, then save the rest!

 ...but moving closer. Some things are in place, like the island, the fridge and the wall oven. The fridge needs a skin - it will look just like a cabinet once it's done.

  Our "new eating area"! It keeps moving around - wherever there's room!

  Don't you love it? No, this is not our new sink & countertop! However, it's nice to have something beside your bathroom sink to wash dishes in!

 
And, so far, no pulls for our cupboards. But tape works quite well!
