Kim & Scott were out for a whirlwind visit during Corn & Apple Festival.It seems so long ago that it hardly felt like it really happened! They managed to squeeze in a lot of things - attending the festival, visiting old school friends, eggels at Java, breakfast with Grandma D & even a family gathering!
We met at Assiniboine Park on Sunday morning & had a great picnic lunch of pizza & chicken, just like in "the olden days"! Amazingly, most of the aunts & uncles & cousins were able to attend, as well as Grandma & Grandmpa Eidse. Everyone had their own agenda, but the hours between 11:00 & 1:00 were devoted to family. It was great for Larry & myself to see everybody, too!
Thanks to everyone who helped to make it a fun time. Kim even got to meet the second newest great grandchild - Erik & Amber's daughter, Jayda. It sure was good to have Scott & Kim come for a visit. We had a great time!
