We joined the seagulls and took a little stroll down to the ocean despite the breezy, chilly conditions.

Each seagull perched on his own post and was rather loathe to give it up. I managed to get ten of them to line up for me!

We have a usual place we go to for clam chowder but it was closed this day. So, we drove around a bit till Kim spied the Chowder Bowl, a name she recognized. A neighbour had informed her that this was a restaurant with good clam chowder. So, we tried it.
And it was excellent! This was Mom's first taste of clam chowder & surprisingly, she thoroughly enjoyed it!
