Loews Ventana Resort

In the middle of April, Larry had a KCMA conference he attends annually and often I am fortunate enough to accompany him. We try to make a mini holiday out of these events by going a few days early or staying a day or two later. This time the conference happened to be in Tucson, Arizona. I know, nice place to be at this time of year! It was very purposefully chosen, I'm sure! This place would definitely be out of our price range! However, these are the kinds of resorts at which the KCMA (Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer's Association) hosts their conferences.

They had a couple of restaurants which featured outdoor patios. The mornings were calm and warm and beautiful. Naturally, we ate outdoors!

After Larry finished the paper & went to his conference, I sat & soaked up the warmth & the beauty, feeling very lazy & pampered! It didn't take long & four other women joined me & we spent an hour or so getting to know each other.
